Return policy
At MagicToyPark, we want both you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our refund and return policy makes the process clear and simple.
Validity
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

Products must be returned in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet toys, grooming tools, bedding, and feeding items cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the above conditions are not met, your return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items with visible signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

If rejected: We will return the item to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (may take up to 3 business days).

Contact your bank for updates.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
⚠️ Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us before sending your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund (including taxes and shipping fees).
Credits and Refunds

Taxes paid will be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Purchases made with store credits or reward certificates will be refunded as store credits.
