Return policy
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your return does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept your items and they will be refused and returned to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
In the Event of Damage
Please inspect your product upon receipt. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 14 days.
Damage not reported within this period will be considered your responsibility and not covered under warranty.
We will work with you to resolve issues satisfactorily. If you choose to return damaged merchandise, purchase price, taxes, and shipping costs will be refunded.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt is required for all exchanges, returns, or service claims.

Reward certificates used on purchases will be forfeited upon return unless exchanged for items of equal or greater value

Items returned due to size issues will be refunded as store credit only, less shipping and/or restocking fees
